All at Geosynthetics Ltd would like to congratulate Harry Smith on successfully completing his Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship. Harry has been working with the company for over a year and a half and within that time has become an integral member of the marketing department, we are extremely proud of how Harry has applied himself not only to his external studies but also the day to day running of the business.

Harry is now working as Marketing Assistant and is looking into starting his Level 4 Digital Marketing qualification to further develop his knowledge and skills.

Harry commented “I’ve been with Geosynthetics for over a year and a half now and during that time the company and team couldn’t have been more supportive and helpful. Whenever I fell behind on my course work or had any issues with company marketing campaigns, I knew that I just needed to communicate this with my team and they would offer the support I needed to complete both tasks to the best of my ability. This was extremely important to me because it made me feel more comfortable and therefore allowed me to settle into the company right away.”

Geosynthetics Limited has supported apprenticeships for many years.  As a Company we will continue to offer apprenticeships when the business is able to fully support the position and offer permanent employment on successful completion.

By doing this we have seen a number of our apprentices remain within the company where they have continued to develop and progress.  This is very rewarding and assists the company in its ongoing investment in resource.
