Geosynthetics Ltd are happy to announce that Ajay Nagah has recently joined the company as our Major Projects Manager.

Ajay will be working alongside our Sales and Engineering teams whilst working on our major projects. Ajay has experience as a Major Projects Manager and he’s also worked as a Design Manager; helping to deliver complex solutions on projects such as Crossrail and Glasgow School of Arts. Ajay can also assist with technical recommendations and offering the best possible solution due to his engineering background.

We asked Ajay a few questions to find out more about him.

How would you describe yourself?

Positive, driven, sincere. Work hard, play hard- in that order!

What do you enjoy most about what you do?

Giving customers solutions. There are many ways to do a design but finding the optimum solution is the true test and often requires you to go above and beyond. I pride myself on finding a way to make things quicker, easier and better for the site and I have a total focus on adding maximum value.

What made you join Geosynthetics Ltd?

The potential. Geosynthetics has a clear vision for future growth, so I accepted the challenge of starting from scratch which allows me not only to put my existing skills and experience to use but also to take on the opportunity to learn and explore a new market and put fresh ideas on a blank canvas.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Travelling! I just did 11 countries in 6 months. Now that I am back I will have to revert back to my second passion… Food! I love social dining and spending time with family and friends.

I am seriously looking forward to adding value to the business in due course. Watch this space!
