Geosynthetics Ltd are proud to announce that the charity that we will be sponsoring in this year’s Annual Fundraising Day will be… Our Local Air Ambulance. This is a worthwhile cause that will be joining the likes of; Menphys Children’s Charity, Georgie’s Gift and Adapt who are just a few local Charites that we have previously supported.

The Air Ambulance Service are a non-government funded charity that flies two local air ambulances, across the counties of Warwickshire, Northamptonshire (WNAA) and Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland (DLRAA). The two helicopters provide a rapid response to trauma and medical emergencies over an area of 3850 square miles covering many of the UK’s major road networks including the M1, M6, M69 and M42. With an average response of just 13 minutes, between them, our aircrafts attend on average 6 missions a day.

With our Annual Fundraising Day taking place 1^st November the hard work begins now in planning the fantastic day that we have ahead. The theme has already been decided as ‘Up Up and Away’ and the team will be dressing up and taking part in a variety of fun filled games throughout the day. The day will be rounded off with the hotly contested Annual Hansam Quiz and excellent raffle.

However, this day would not be possible with out the amazing support we receive from local businesses, employees and suppliers. The generosity and kind heartedness that you have shown through our previous fundraisers has been nothing short of phenomenal and we are sure it will continue this year.
