Congratulations to our HR apprentice Jessica Clarke
Congratulations to Jessica Clarke our latest in a line of successful apprentices to go through our apprenticeship programme.
Jessica started with Geosynthetics Ltd in May 2016 on a Business Administration Advanced Apprenticeship focusing in HR and has now successfully completed the level 3 qualification.
The apprenticeship was undertaken in conjunction with North Warwickshire and Hinckley College and Jessica’s Tutor Joanne Lee had this to say,
“Jess started her apprenticeship with the College in May 2016. Since then she has worked hard to develop her skills in administration and specifically in HR at Geosynthetics. She has shown drive and enthusiasm towards completing her apprenticeship within 12 months of starting and has now achieved this. Her work has been of a high standard and she has shown a willingness to learn throughout. Jess should be proud of her achievements and is now looking forward to developing her skills further. She has been a pleasure to work with.”
Gemma Bachelor who has been coaching and mentoring Jessica at Geosynthetics Ltd said,
“As the person who has provided most of Jessica’s in house training over the past year I am incredibly proud of her achievement. She has worked really hard to embed everything that she has learnt both with the college and within the business. Her maturity and work ethic has meant that she has taken on so much more HR responsibility than we ever imagined an apprentice would do. Jessica is now heavily involved in recruitment, training and absence management for the Company. I’m looking forward to her starting her CIPD level 3 in the coming months and being able to watch her develop further.”
Jessica herself commented,
“I started work with Geosynthetics last year as the HR Apprentice and I am pleased that I have been able to develop my knowledge and gain valuable work experience. I enjoyed studying whilst working as I was able to relate back to real life situations. The Company have invested a lot of time and effort in me and are allowing me the opportunity to progress and gain a Qualification within Human Resources. I am looking forward to a successful future within the business”.
As a company we are very proud of all of our apprentices past present and future and would recommend the apprenticeship scheme to any other employers out there who wanted to support individuals whilst gaining valuable employees of the future.
Well done Jessica and good luck with CIPD level 3.
