Students from John Cleveland Sixth Form Centre attended an open day at Geosynthetics Ltd this week. The open day was arranged as part of the company’s ongoing collaboration with John Cleveland’s Career Ready programme; students were given tours of the company premises and introduced to the different departments. They were treated to presentations from the Managing Director, members of the Engineering Team and given information about Careers and Opportunities within the Company including apprenticeships and our Student Development Award.

Chairman Chris Foxton thanked the students for their interest in the company and hoped that the day had promoted civil engineering as a career and raised awareness of all the career opportunities available with a SME.
